Am I buying a product from Gotta Work?
No,
Gotta work provides the site and companies run their own shops.
Your business interactions are with
the companies themselves, not with Gotta work. This implies that all your
questions regarding products, contact details, refunds and delivery times will
all be aimed at each company separately that you are purchasing from and not
Gotta work. Gotta Work manages the
checkout and payment system and provides the online support necessary for
running the site.
Can I order products from more than one company/ shop at the same
time?
Yes,
you can order as many products from as many shops all in one go, thus only one
“swipe”. Each company, however has its
own delivery fees and will be calculated at the end of the transaction,
calculating the total payable. Please
note that each company is responsible for their own delivery thus a fee per
company, where applicable.
You can, also for your convenience buy
products from as many companies as you want, as well as book services from as
many individuals as you want with one check out.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Each
listed company has its own delivery estimated times. The company will update the status of your
order on the Gotta Work Website, where you can just log in and view.
Gotta Work, however, set a delivery
time of 7 working days. If this is not
possible the company will update you on progress.
Can I pick up my order?
Some
companies that are listed do offer the option for collections. This will be visible on their company
page. If collection is available from
the company you buying from, it will appear as an option in the shopping cart
when you check out.
Can I cancel an order after I paid for it?
Yes,
you can cancel an order via Gotta Work, up until the point where the company
has changed the status of your order to shipped. Cancellation of product after
shipment is discussed with the company directly.
Can I get a refund if I am not entirely satisfied with the
product?
Yes,
if the refund policy is followed.
Gotta work has set a standard refund
policy that stipulates that products which are returned within 14 days and are
in their original condition and packaging, can be returned with a full refund directly
from the company. However, each company can set their own refund policies, which
will be available directly from the company. The
company’s refund policy will always be followed first. We would advise you to read and or request the
refund policy of the shop before making a purchase. Refunds are done directly with each company.
GETTING A QUOTE FROM A COMPANY
How does quotes work on the Gotta Work site?
Companies
have two different product section within their company profile. “BUY NOW” & “ENQUIRE NOW”
BUY NOW – you can add the product to your shopping
trolley and check out.
ENQUIRE NOW- you will
request a quote on a specific product listed, or a general quote request. Upon receipt the company will draft a quote
for you and submit via the system. The
quote received by you as the customer can be amended online, rejected or accepted. Upon acceptance the product will be added to
your shopping trolley ready for check out.
Multiple transactions can be done via
one checkout and payment.

AND SERVICES.
Are individuals who provide services to me as the user employed by
Gotta Work?
No,
Gotta work do not employ any individuals that is a service provider on the
site. The individuals list on their
own. Individuals are, however, checked
and approved according to the category they want to list in. Individuals have a clean criminal record and
have the relevant experience for a specific category they are listed in.
Does Gotta Work do checks on individuals before they list?
Yes, certain checks are done,
including a criminal check. Reference
checks are also done.
Can I book a service from more than one individual at the same
time?
Yes, you can book as many individuals
to provide different services in one go, thus only one “swipe”.
Can I cancel a booking and get a refund?
Yes, you can request to cancel a
booking 12 hours prior to the service commencement time.

What should I do if my business doesn't have a
category on Gotta Work’s site?
If your business does not fall under one of the
current categories available, please contact us and we will add the category
with pleasure. As long as it falls
within the policies of Gotta Work and your product or service can be of value
for a person that’s Gotta work.
